Appointment Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clients who cancel or fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a cancellation fee, equivalent to a portion of the total service cost.
